We have a veterinarian on standby 24/7 and a dedicated emergency number (+971 56 655 0942) for these unforeseeable events when your pet needs our help suddenly.
In the event of an emergency, even during normal business hours, please call ahead of time so that we can prepare for your arrival and get all necessary staff and equipment ready to ensure that your pet gets the needed attention as fast as possible.

Yes, we provide a 24/7 emergency service. For emergencies out of working hours please call +971566550942. If you have an emergency during work hours, we still urge you to call beforehand (on our regular number – +971 4 334 0011) so that our team can get ready for your visit.

Many different scenarios may require emergency veterinary care, but here are some guidelines and examples of such cases:

  • Acute trauma patients, including those hit by cars, bite or fighting wounds, bullet, knife, or burn injuries
  • Any animal that is having trouble breathing
  • Any animal that is in shock (signs of shock can include weakness, collapse, pale mucous membranes in their mouth, cold extremities, and an abnormal heart rate)
  • Animals that are not producing any urine
  • Animals with life-threatening neurologic diseases such as a coma or severe seizures.
  • Veterinary patients that have had surgery and are not recovering well from anesthesia or are bleeding badly from any surgical wounds

Yes, if the emergency service is performed out of our normal business hours (Sun-Thu: 08.00 – 20.00) & (Saturday: 09.00 – 17.00), we charge an emergency surcharge.
